Objectives

The Biojudiciary Project is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with an educational mission to provide judges, lawyers, scientists, reporters and the general public with knowledge tools necessary to address pressing questions emerging from the intersection of biotechnology and the law. We will accomplish this mission by developing informative, objective educational materials and programs to assist judges, law clerks, attorneys, academics, scientists, reporters and others who are confronted with biotechnology-based cases. Specifically, the Project aims to make biotechnology and relevant laws accessible to the judiciary and public through printed material, the Internet, programs and seminars.
